Visiting and Encouraging Volunteers of the 2026 Green Summer Campaign

As part of the 2026 Green Summer Campaign, representatives from the University of Economics - University of Danang visited and encouraged volunteers undertaking community activities at Do Thuc Tinh Secondary School, Hoa Tien Commune, Danang, on July 5, 2026.

The delegation included the university’s Trade Union and leaders of various faculties and departments. During the visit, the delegation inquired after the volunteers, acknowledged their sense of responsibility, and recognized the initial achievements of the volunteer team in implementing community service activities.

According to the volunteer team’s report, activities focused on improving the school campus, environmental sanitation, organizing summer activities for students, and implementing community service projects. These efforts were carried out in coordination with local authorities and the host school. Notably, the volunteer team successfully completed and handed over the "Knowledge Bookshelf" youth project at Do Thuc Tinh Secondary School. Featuring more than 600 books and one bookshelf donated, the project not only enriches learning resources but also promotes a reading culture, fostering a love of books and a spirit of learning among students.

Visiting the youth project

University leaders highly commended the students’ enthusiasm, initiative, and sense of responsibility, which help spread humanistic values and highlight the role of youth in community activities. They also urged the volunteers to maintain solidarity, adhere to safety regulations, safeguard their health, and fulfill the planned objectives.
