University of Economics - The University of Danang (DUE, Vietnam), Bretagne Sud (UBS, France), and Brasilia University (UniCEUB, Brazil), are organizing the 1^st International Conference on Law, International Business and Economic Development (ICLIBED-2019), to be held in Danang City, Vietnam, on Nov 22^nd, 2019.  

Our general topic for the ICLIBED-2019 is Law, International Business and Sustainable Economic Development. Sustainable development in terms of economic, social, and environmental framework is an urgent issue and is receiving the attention of the whole community. It sets urgent requirements for all countries, regardless of the political system and the level of development. Developed countries, such as France, and developing countries like Vietnam and Brazil, are also exposed to these issues. In fact, social and environmental aspects are posing significant challenges to economic development in general and international trade activities particularly. In this context, a number of trade barriers have been used by countries as a way to protect the domestic market. Therefore, what are the positive and negative impacts of these policies on the process of globalization, international trade policy and sustainable economic development?  

As a result of DUE’s close collaboration with international partners, the ICLIBED-2019 brings together the world-leading experts in Law, International Business, and related fields, serving as a unique point of convergence in South East Asia for researchers, practitioners and policymakers to meet, share, and exchange their ideas.

The Organizing Committee would like to invite you to be a part of the ICLIBED-2019 and submit your research papers/research proposals for presentation consideration. The conference welcomes submissions in all areas of Law, International Business, and Economic Development, of both theoretical and empirical natures (English or French).

SUBMISSION TEMPLATES

* For research proposals:

Your Proposal must be in Word and indicates the following:

- Title, Full name, and authors’ affiliation;

- Postal and Email addresses, telephone number;

- Title of the proposal;

- 5 to 7 keywords;

- 4 summary lines;

- 1 page Project Proposal (in Times New Roman, size 12, single spacing, justified).

They must be sent no later than Monday, July 8^th, 2019 to the following email address: iclibed@due.edu.vn.

* For research papers:

Submissions must be in Word under the required template for Conference Proceedings, and be sent electronically to the Conference’s email (iclibed@due.edu.vn) no later than August 30^th, 2019. Submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed. The conference scientific program will be available by Nov 10^th, 2019.

BEST PAPER AWARDS

All papers will be considered for the Best Paper Awards in Law, and in International Business.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

All accepted papers for 1^st International Conference on Law, International Business and Economic Development (ICLIBED-2019), will be published in the conference proceedings with an associated ISBN.  

REGISTRATION

Standard Fee                    : VND1,000,000 (US$45)

PhD Students                   : VND500,000 (US$25)

Registration fee includes the abstract book, the conference proceeding CD, and other conference materials. It also includes coffee breaks and lunch during the conference. Airfares and Accommodation are not included.
