52K DUE - Golden Face in Achievements (Part 3): Vo Tran Thao Anh - An “All-in” Choice for the Future

From outstanding academic results to active involvement in social and community activities during her high school years, Vo Tran Thao Anh, a student in class 52K01.2-EL, International Business major, DUE-Elite Honors Bachelor Program, is embarking on her university journey with a clear choice: investing seriously in her studies while proactively contributing to the community.

Imprints from High School Years

- Three consecutive years as Excellent Student (grades 10, 11, 12), with an average score of 9.5.

- One of only two Vietnamese children to participate in the 2023 Asia Regional Children’s Conference themed “Thriving Together” in Manila, Philippines.

- First Prize in the “Vietnamese Tet through Books” Public Speaking Contest - Da Nang Reading Culture Festival 2024, organized by the City Youth Union.

- Consolation Prize in the “Innovation for School Environment” - “IFE-Innovation For Education” 2023 contest, organized by Hai Chau District Youth Union.

- Youngest volunteer at the 13th Asian School Games (ASG) held in Da Nang in 2024.

- Third Prize in the “Unforgettable Memories of Teachers and School” writing contest at school level, academic year 2025 - 2026.

- Third Prize in the “Initiative for School Order and School Violence Prevention” contest at school level, 2026.

These achievements demonstrate that Thao Anh has not only focused on academic results but also expanded her participation to social, cultural, and community responsibility activities.

“All-in” with DUE

Thao Anh began exploring DUE in grade 11. When it came to choosing a university, she decided to dedicate all 15 university preferences to DUE - a decision she calls “all-in.” “I was attracted by the academic program that integrates knowledge with skills, practical experience, and business connections”, Thao Anh shared.

With that choice, Thao Anh entered university not only aiming to acquire knowledge and development opportunities but also to contribute through her effort, enthusiasm, and positive values to the student community.

She also sets the goal of sharing her experiences and what she has learned with future generations of students. The image of a DUE student that Thao Anh aspires to is one who is dynamic yet responsible, proactive in self-development but always connected to the community.

Maintaining Sincerity on the University Journey

If she had to choose one value to pursue during her four years at university, Thao Anh would choose sincerity - with others and with herself.

“University is not only a journey to become a better person academically, but also to become a better individual, responsible to oneself, the community, and society”, Thao Anh said.

This is also how Thao Anh views the years ahead in university. Achievements may be milestones to mark a journey, but what she wants to retain after four years is not just a record of accomplishments or the activities she joined.

“I hope that after university, people remember me not only for what I achieved or the movements I participated in, but also because I am someone who smiles often, is approachable, trustworthy, and always genuine with everyone”, Thao Anh shared.
