52K Workshop Series Supports Freshmen in Comprehensive Development

The 52K Workshop Series for freshmen at the University of Economics, University of Danang, officially launched on the morning of August 18, 2026, with the opening workshop titled “Your Well-Being: Psychological Readiness and Self-Care for Students”. The program aims to help 52K freshmen adapt to their new academic environment, build relationships, and proactively manage their physical and mental health.

Organizers have designed the workshop series not only to provide essential skills for the initial days of university, but also to assist 52K freshmen in forming a four-year personal development plan. Within the program framework, freshmen will participate in six workshops focusing on practical competencies related to study, finance, social relationships, and career orientation.

The workshop “Your Channel, Your Chance” centers on building social media channels and monetizing opportunities for students. “The University Playbook” offers learning strategies for the digital era and guides students in designing their four-year university journey aligned with personal goals.

In the area of communication and career development, “Speak Up, Link Up” equips students with presentation and pitching skills, as well as networking and mentorship-seeking abilities. “Be Seen, Be You” is aimed at helping first-year students build their personal brand early, providing an edge throughout their studies and as they enter the labor market.

With “Moneywise” students are introduced to principles of personal finance management, spending control, basic investment knowledge, and how to identify common financial risks and pitfalls. Meanwhile, “Grow To Lead” focuses on developing leadership qualities, the journey to Party membership, and striving for the “Five-Good Student” accolade.

In addition to the workshop series, 52K freshmen will have the opportunity to join the Innovation Startup Week for students and attend the final round of the STARTUP RUNWAY 2026 competition, themed “Aspire to Start Up, Aspire to Enterprise”.

The 52K Workshop Series will run from August 18 to August 22, 2026, serving as a key initiative to support freshmen in adapting, developing personal competencies, and setting their academic direction from the outset of their university journey.
