The program forms part of the international exchange initiative between the two universities, offering BUFS students the opportunity to explore the academic environment at DUE while discovering the culture, people, and daily life of Danang during their stay in Vietnam.

Students from both universities interact during the exchange

During the session, South Korean students received an introduction to the University of Economics - the University of Danang, its educational orientation, and international cooperation programs. DUE lecturers also shared insights into Vietnamese culture, the city of Danang, and student life, providing international students with valuable perspectives ahead of their practical experiences.

In addition, students from both institutions took part in a range of networking and exchange activities focused on culture, academics, and university life. Team games and interactive sessions created a platform for Vietnamese and South Korean students to connect, share differences in learning styles, and discover similarities in student life.

According to the plan, the BUFS students will spend about a month in Danang, continuing to engage in cultural experiences, explore the academic environment, and interact with DUE students. The program is expected to provide international students with first-hand experiences of Vietnam while enabling DUE students to develop international communication skills and strengthen their capacity for integration in a multicultural environment.

The initiative is part of the University of Economics’ efforts to expand its international academic environment, enhance connections with partner universities, and create more global experiences for students right on campus.
