10th Annual Job Fair 2026: Connecting Opportunities - Shaping Futures

23/06/2026

On June 23, 2026, the 10th Annual Job Fair took place with the participation of nearly 100 businesses, offering around 6,000 job opportunities for students and job seekers. The event was organized by the University of Economics - University of Danang, in cooperation with the Department of Home Affairs of Danang and the Danang Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Over the past decade, the Job Fair at the University of Economics has become a reputable brand and an annual meeting point for the regional labor market. It not only serves as a meeting ground for employers and job seekers, but also as a space that bridges knowledge with practice, helping students orient their careers, gain experience, and confidently enter an increasingly competitive job market.

Prof. Dr. Le Van Huy, Rector of the University of Danang - University of Economics, presents flowers to co-organizers of the 2026 Job Fair.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyen Qui Quy, Deputy Director of the Danang Department of Home Affairs, said the program aims to strengthen the connection between government, academia, and businesses, while creating opportunities for students and workers to access jobs aligned with the labor market's needs.

Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh, Vice Rector of the University of Economics, noted that the university continues to innovate and develop training programs, focusing on a close connection between education and practice. This, she emphasized, reaffirms the university’s role in providing high-quality human resources, directly contributing to Danang’s key development strategies, especially in building a smart city, digital economy, and becoming a regional financial center.

A notable feature of this year’s Job Fair was the acceleration of digital transformation in organization and communications. The university developed and launched a dedicated website for the Job Fair, providing comprehensive information on companies and job openings, supporting students in finding suitable opportunities, submitting applications online, and connecting with employers quickly and conveniently.

The application of digital platforms not only improved the organization’s efficiency but also expanded the event’s reach, bringing the Job Fair closer to the student and labor community beyond the physical event space.

Within the program framework, the university signed cooperation agreements with eight enterprises and partner organizations, including the Danang Small and Medium Enterprises Association, Vietnam Aviation and Logistics School Limited Company, Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company, Ba Na Hills Golf Club, Sun World Ba Na Hills, Novotel Danang Premier Han River, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, and Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills.

The cooperation agreements focus on training, internships, career guidance, recruitment, and high-quality human resources development, further strengthening ties between the university and businesses, while expanding career opportunities for students even before graduation.

After a decade of organization, the Job Fair has not only addressed the recruitment needs of businesses and job seekers, but also contributed to building a sustainable education-career ecosystem, where knowledge is linked with practice and innovation with development.
