21/05/2026
Following the awarding of incentive scholarships for the first semester of the 2025 -2026 academic year (second round) to more than 600 students, a sense of joy and pride has spread throughout the student community at the University of Economics - University of Danang. More than a recognition for sustained effort in study and personal development, the scholarship serves as a vital morale boost on each student’s journey to maturity.
Nguyen Van Tai, a student of Class 48K30 in Business Administration, Faculty of Business Administration, is among the outstanding recipients. Tai emphasized that the scholarship not only recognizes persistent academic effort but also provides motivation to pursue even greater goals in the future. According to Tai, his achievements are the result of discipline, a clear study plan, and proactive application of AI and technology in learning. In addition to maintaining strong academic performance, Tai actively participates in numerous competitions and innovative startup projects such as the Pitching Challenge, Startup Runway DUE, VietFuture Awards, and VSIC, aiming to develop creative thinking, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving skills. The greatest challenge, he notes, is balancing studies with extracurricular and personal projects, but effective time management has helped him overcome the pressure. Looking ahead, Tai plans to pursue digital business, marketing, and AI applications in enterprises, with hopes of returning to the university in a new role to inspire and support future generations.
Chau Man Khanh, a student of Class 49K01.2-E in International Business, Faculty of International Business, shared that instead of seeking a “secret formula,” Khanh maintains a steady study routine, subdividing goals by week and actively engaging with lecturers and peers to enhance learning outcomes. Having experienced periods of uncertainty, Khanh finds that the joy of daily progress restored motivation and helped define clear goals. Khanh’s achievements include a Top 6 finish in the IB Solver’s Cup 2024 and the university-level “Five-Good Student” award.
Tran Bao Lam, a student of Class 50K14.1 in Management Information Systems, Faculty of Statistics and Informatics, credits proactive learning, scientific study methods, and a balance between academics and extracurricular activities as the keys to success. Beyond academics, Lam is an active participant in Youth Union and Association events, AI workshops, volunteer campaigns, and the university’s sports activities. Early planning and effective prioritization have enabled Lam to maintain high performance both in study and in extracurricular pursuits.
Nguyen Huong Giang, a student of Class 51K18-ACCA in Auditing, Faculty of Accounting, achieved excellent academic performance and received a scholarship equivalent to 110% of tuition fees. Giang shared that the initial phase at university was challenging due to the intensity of study, but weekly planning and proactive engagement with lecturers helped her gradually overcome these difficulties. As class president and a member of the Content Committee of the A2SC Accounting & Auditing Club, Giang aims to obtain international ACCA certification and build a solid professional foundation to meet the practical demands of modern accounting and auditing.
The experiences shared by these scholarship recipients highlight the practical and humanistic value of the university’s scholarship policy. Beyond providing academic motivation, the scholarships encourage students to pursue holistic development, assert themselves, and confidently integrate into a modern educational environment.
