Vibrant DUE Pickleball Tournament 2026 - 2nd KingTek Cup

On May 3, 2026, at the Hera court complex, the 2nd KingTek Cup Pickleball Tournament officially opened in an atmosphere of excitement and enthusiasm.
The tournament brought together nearly 150 athletes, including university staff and employees, as well as alumni and former students. Notably, the event also welcomed representatives from the Da Nang Department of Education and Training and leaders from several high schools in the city.
Prof. Dr. Le Van Huy - Rector of the University - delivered the opening speech.
The strong presence of various units highlighted the growing appeal of pickleball and contributed to strengthening connections among the University, its partners, students, and alumni across generations.

Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh - Vice Rector of the University - thanked the supporting sponsors.
Immediately following the opening ceremony, the first matches officially began, played in a spirit of passion, honesty, and sportsmanship. Exciting rallies and seamless teamwork quickly energized the competition area, garnering enthusiastic cheers from a large audience.
Athletes competed energetically throughout the tournament.
After a day of competition, the DUE Pickleball Tournament 2026 - 2nd KingTek Cup - concluded with a closing ceremony and awards gala.
According to the organizers, the tournament not only provided a valuable sporting playground but also offered an opportunity to enhance interaction and connection among university staff, employees, alumni, former students, and partner organizations.
At the awards ceremony, the organizers presented cups, medals, and a variety of prizes from KingTek to outstanding athletes in the following categories: Men’s Doubles Division A, Men’s Doubles Division B, Women’s Doubles Division A, Women’s Doubles Division B, and Guest Doubles.
The tournament concluded successfully, continuing to spread the spirit of sportsmanship, enhance spiritual life, and build a dynamic, united DUE community.
