Cooperation Agreement Signed with WinCommerce: Strengthening Practice-Based Training and Employment Opportunities

On April 23, 2026, the University of Economics - University of Danang and WinCommerce General Trading Services Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation agreement to collaborate on human resource training, research, and recruitment.


Representatives from both institutions formalized the partnership, marking a significant step forward in practice-based training.

Speaking on behalf of the enterprise, Ms. Cao Dieu Khanh, Human Resources Partner Director, MiniMart - WinCommerce, emphasized the importance of young talent from reputable training institutions in ensuring sustainable business development. “Through our partnership with DUE, we aim to engage more deeply in the training process and build a pool of high-quality candidates aligned with the practical needs of the modern retail system,” Ms. Khanh stated.

Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh, Vice Rector of the University, affirmed that enhancing collaboration with industry is a core strategy at DUE to improve training quality. “We expect WinCommerce’s partnership will help our curriculum become more practice-oriented, providing opportunities for students to develop professional skills and adapt quickly to the workplace upon graduation,” Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh noted.

Under the agreement, the two parties will jointly develop and update training programs to increase practical components, with input from industry. Activities will include organizing workshops, short-term training courses, and inviting WinCommerce experts to teach and share practical experience.

In the fields of research and innovation, DUE and WinCommerce will deploy applied projects, publish economic analysis reports, and hold academic forums. Both sides will also explore resource connections to support entrepreneurship among students and the business community.

For practical training and employment, WinCommerce will facilitate student participation in internships, practical training, and consider recruiting suitable students and alumni. The University will coordinate job fairs and career orientation programs to strengthen links between learners and employers.


Both parties exchanged commemorative gifts, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and partnership.


Expanding cooperation with enterprises like WinCommerce is expected to deliver tangible benefits for DUE students, from exposure to real-world work environments and enhanced professional capacity to improved employment prospects after graduation. The partnership also aims to foster high-quality human resources to meet the evolving needs of the economy.

At the event, WinCommerce representatives provided an overview of the company, shared insights into corporate culture and work environment in the modern retail sector, and offered information on career paths and development opportunities for new graduates. Real-world stories from the enterprise gave students a clearer perspective on job requirements, necessary skills, and personal growth strategies for the future.
