DUE Students’ ANVAGO Project Wins Third Prize at SV_STARTUP

The project “ANVAGO - A Digital Platform for Travel Planning and Navigation in Da Nang” by a group of DUE students secured third prize at the 8th “Students with Startup Ideas” Contest (SV_STARTUP) 2026.

The project team was led by student Huynh Quynh Anh (Class 50K01.3, Faculty of International Business), along with student Nguyen Quang Khiem (FPT University, Ho Chi Minh City). The project received guidance from Dr. Bui Huynh Nguyen (University of Economics - University of Danang), in charge of economic orientation and business planning, and Dr. Nguyen Quang Nhu Quynh (University of Science and Technology - University of Danang), responsible for technical aspects and product development.

ANVAGO is a digital tourism platform designed to help users plan itineraries and navigate Da Nang in real time. The system integrates digital maps, suggests travel schedules, and connects tourists with local services such as eateries and small businesses. According to the development team, the platform focuses on improving customer access for local businesses without relying on paid advertising.

According to the project description, ANVAGO leverages reviews from actual traveler experiences to build a transparent data source. The team hopes that the solution will contribute to promoting sustainable tourism and supporting the local economy.
