“Tet of Reunion - Spring of Solidarity” Program for the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026: Spreading Love, Strengthening Trade Union Solidarity

On the afternoon of February 4, 2026, the Trade Union of the University of Economics organized the “Tet of Reunion - Spring of Solidarity” program for the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 in a warm and cordial atmosphere, aiming to care for the material and spiritual well-being of union members, officials, and employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. The program was attended by Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh - Vice Rector and Chairwoman of the University Trade Union; M.A. Nguyen Van Long - Vice Chairman of the University Trade Union; members of the Executive Committee of the University Trade Union; and a large number of university trade union members.
Speaking at the program, Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh extended her warm regards and best New Year wishes to all union members, officials, and employees of the University; at the same time, she affirmed that the “Tet of Reunion - Spring of Solidarity” program is an annual activity with profound humanitarian significance, reflecting the care, responsibility, and spirit of companionship of the trade union organization toward its members, especially those in difficult circumstances, those undergoing long-term medical treatment, and those affected by floods in recent times.

At the program, the University Trade Union presented 02 gift packages to union members undergoing long-term medical treatment; 04 gift packages to union members whose family members are suffering from serious illnesses and facing difficult circumstances; 33 gift packages to union members in difficult circumstances; and 05 gift packages to union members who suffered damage due to floods, funded by support from Thai Nguyen University. The total value of the gifts presented to the University’s union members at the program amounted to VND 72.500.000.
