Within the framework of the 2026 admissions counseling series, the University of Economics organized on-site counseling and orientation sessions for high school students in Hue City and Quang Tri Province, aiming to provide official information and support Grade 12 students in identifying suitable majors and academic pathways.
On January 26, 2026, the University held a direct counseling session at Nguyen Hue High School in Hue City, attracting strong interest and active participation from a large number of Grade 12 students. At the event, Dr. Nguyen Son Tung – Deputy Head of the Office of Academic Affairs - presented detailed information on the University of Economics’ 2026 admissions, helping students gain an overall view of training programs, admission methods, and study opportunities at DUE.

In addition, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Phuc Nguyen – Deputy Director of the International Training Center – shared practical insights into the International Joint Bachelor’s Programs, focusing on the learning environment, training pathways, and career prospects after graduation, thereby offering students additional options for shaping their future academic directions.

The program held at Trung Vuong Primary, Secondary and High School (Quang Tri Province) on January 28, 2026, recorded numerous questions from students regarding the selection of majors aligned with individual abilities, the advantages of international joint programs, as well as ways to determine career orientation during the crucial transition period after high school. Through exchanges, counseling, and direct dialogue, the University aims to help students better understand themselves, be proactive in their choices, and feel more confident on the journey ahead.
