Graduation and Degree Conferral Ceremony for Doctoral, Master’s and Bachelor’s Graduates - Phase 1, 2026: Embarking on a New Journey

On January 23, 2026, the University of Economics, The University of Danang solemnly held the Graduation and Degree Conferral Ceremony for Doctoral, Master’s and Bachelor’s graduates (Phase 1, 2026), honoring students, postgraduate learners, and doctoral candidates who have successfully completed their academic and research programs.

The ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Bac, Vice Director of The University of Danang; representatives of the leadership of departments under The University of Danang and its member universities. Representing the University of Economics were Prof. Dr. Le Van Huy, Rector of the University; Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Anh, Secretary of the University’s Party Committee; leaders of faculties, lecturers, representatives of graduates’ families, and especially the new graduates.

The graduation ceremony marked a significant milestone in the academic and research journey of the new Doctors, Masters, and Bachelors. It was also an occasion for the University to express its sincere gratitude to families and faculty members for their unwavering support, while extending congratulations to the graduates for their outstanding achievements.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Huu Man, Head of the Office of Academic Affairs, announced the official decisions recognizing graduation eligibility. 

In his congratulatory address, Prof. Dr. Le Van Huy, Rector of the University, commended nearly 450 graduates of the University of Economics - The University of Danang who had overcome numerous challenges to proudly receive their degrees at the ceremony. He also praised 14 outstanding Master’s graduates and 15 outstanding Bachelor’s graduates for their excellent academic performance and personal development, including three international students from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

Prof. Dr. Lê Văn Huy expressed the University’s pride in welcoming a new generation of Doctors, Masters, and Bachelors who have matured and grown from the University of Economics.

The University presented commendations to outstanding Master’s graduates for their excellent academic achievements.

Excellent Bachelor’s graduates were honored and awarded scholarships for the University’s regular Master’s programs.

A representative of the new Master’s graduates delivered words of gratitude to the University’s faculty members and staff.

Over the years, the University of Economics has continuously innovated its governance and academic management, while regularly updating and introducing new academic programs, particularly in fields such as International Finance, International Logistics and Transport Business, International Commercial Law, and Artificial Intelligence in Business. These efforts not only reflect a proactive response to rapid technological changes but also demonstrate the University’s ambition to shape and lead future labor market trends. In parallel, the University has made sustained efforts to ensure a high-quality learning environment, with 18 undergraduate programs and six Master’s programs accredited to national quality assurance standards. At the ceremony, graduate representatives also shared inspiring messages about their future career paths.
