Discussion on Cooperation Orientation between the University of Economics and Smart Train Academy

To strengthen connections with training institutions and enterprises, and enhance training quality aligned with practical needs, the University of Economics - University of Danang held a working session and exchanged cooperation orientations with Smart Train Academy on January 5, 2026.

During the meeting, both sides introduced an overview of their training models, professional strengths, and development orientations in the coming period. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Ngoc Phi Anh, Vice President of the University, emphasized the University’s policy of promoting cooperation with reputable training institutions to diversify training activities and professional skill development, thereby enhancing students’ practical competencies and adaptability to the labor market.

The two sides also discussed potential areas of cooperation, including: deliberation on signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU); exploring opportunities to cooperate in student recruitment for students, alumni, and working professionals to participate in extracurricular courses leading to international certifications in the Accounting - Finance field (such as ACCA, CFA, CMA, CIA, etc.) in Da Nang; and exchanging views on cooperation opportunities in implementing the 1,000 CEOs Program as well as specialized finance training courses for IFC Da Nang.

The working session opened up numerous practical cooperation opportunities between the University of Economics - University of Danang and Smart Train Academy. This is considered a crucial initial step toward fostering a sustainable partnership, with the shared goal of enhancing training quality and increasing value for learners.
