Fostering Global Connectivity: DUE Signs Cooperation Agreement with Udon Thani Rajabhat University

On the morning of March 21, the University of Economics – University of Danang (DUE) solemnly held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement with Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Thailand. The event aimed to strengthen academic collaboration and cultural exchange between the two institutions, opening up opportunities for faculty and student exchanges as well as research cooperation.

Attending the ceremony on behalf of DUE were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Anh - Chairwoman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Ngoc Phi Anh - Vice Rector, along with representatives from various departments, including the Office of Administration and Organization, the Office of Science & International Cooperation, the Office of Academic Affairs, the Office of Student Affairs, the Faculty of Tourism, the Faculty of Marketing, and the Faculty of International Business. From Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Assoc. Prof. Kanisara Thanyasunthornsakun - Director of the University, led the delegation.

In her opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Anh warmly welcomed the delegation from Udon Thani Rajabhat University and emphasized the importance of the relationship between the two institutions. She highlighted that the signing of this cooperation agreement not only reflects a commitment to academic collaboration but also contributes to strengthening the friendship between Vietnam and Thailand.

Following the speeches, the two universities proceeded to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with key areas of cooperation, including:

- Promoting faculty and student exchange programs.

- Collaborating on scientific research activities.

- Developing joint undergraduate, postgraduate, and internship programs.

- Co-organizing seminars, symposiums, and academic events.

- Hosting academic and cultural exchange activities.
