CORPORATE FINANCE

The Corporate Finance program is designed to give students advanced training in managing financial activities for different types of business. Students will study general areas of finance – banking in order to build a strong foundation of financial activities in businesses, and in financial markets and institutions. Furthermore, the program will provide students with in-depth knowledge of corporate finance operations, including basic knowledge of accounting and other advanced financial topics such as international finance, auditing, and banking operations, etc.

Upon graduation, graduates can take up positions of financial experts or financial managers at any levels in different types of businesses, financial services providers, financial institutions such as credit institutions, banks, investment funds, fund management companies, finance companies, securities companies, insurance companies, financial leasing companies, etc. Graduates can undertake jobs such as financial operations, financial analysis, financial planning and management including project financing, financial investment and asset management, etc.

Graduates will be awarded degree in “Finance – Banking” and the transcript with be marked with a specialization in “Corporate Finance”.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

The Financial Management program is designed to give students advanced training in financial management of businesses. Students will study general areas of business administration to build a comprehensive foundation of business administration. Furthermore, students will receive advanced teaching of financial management in interaction with other functions of a business such as production management, marketing, etc.

Upon graduation, graduates can take up positions of financial managers at different levels in different types of businesses. Graduates can undertake jobs such as financial analysis and planning, treasury management, asset and capital management, credit management, risk management, operations management, business mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial management of multinational companies.

Graduates will be awarded degree in “Business Administration” and the transcript with be marked with a specialization in “Financial Management”.
