RECAP: THE ACB EXPERIENCE x THE NEXT BANKER 2026 JOURNEY
On November 25, at ACB – Da Nang Branch, the atmosphere became noticeably more vibrant with the presence of young and dynamic faces. In the modern working space, the white shirts of students from the Faculty of Finance blended with ACB’s signature blue, bringing a fresh, energetic, and inspiring start to the day.
Despite the initial nervousness when stepping into a large corporate environment, the students of the Faculty of Finance quickly adapted to the program. Each group attentively toured the workplace, observed operational processes, and listened to valuable sharing from senior professionals. With a ready mindset for learning and active interaction, the students contributed to a highly practical and professional experiential session.
This field trip once again affirmed the proactive spirit of youth in seeking opportunities to engage with real-world working environments. Despite the pressure of the interview round in The Next Banker program, the students demonstrated strong confidence. Careful preparation, sharp responses, and sincere attitudes helped them leave a positive impression on recruiters and opened up promising career pathways.
As the program came to a close, what remained was not only professional knowledge but also visible joy on every face. Reflecting on the valuable lessons gained, each participant felt renewed motivation to strive further. It was a morning made radiant not only by sunshine, but also by the aspirations of future bankers.
