The development of an International Financial Center in Da Nang is a major strategic orientation that has been concluded by the Politburo and formalized through a Government Resolution. This orientation aims to position Da Nang as a “financial center associated with innovation, logistics, and free trade.” It provides a solid political foundation and demonstrates strong support from the Central Government for the city. The training and capacity building of cadres, civil servants, and public employees with sufficient professional knowledge, skills, and international integration capacity remains a top priority for effective policymaking and management of the International Financial Center’s operations.
