Signing Ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between the University of Economics – The University of Danang and Premier Village Danang Resort, managed by Accor

On the morning of
July 25, the
University of Economics – The University of Danang and
Premier Village Danang Resort held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on
training and developing high-quality human resources in the tourism sector. Representing the University of Economics – UDN at the ceremony were
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Ngoc Phi Anh, Vice Rector,
Dr. Vo Thi Quynh Nga, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, along with representatives from various faculties, departments, and centers of the University. Representing
Premier Village Danang Resort was
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc An, Deputy General Manager, together with heads and deputy heads of operational departments.
In his remarks at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Ngoc Phi Anh expressed his pleasure that Premier Village Danang Resort has placed its trust in and established cooperation with the University. He emphasized that the University of Economics is a reputable institution and a leading provider of human resources in the service and tourism sectors in the Central and Central Highlands regions of Vietnam. The cooperation agreement is expected to create more opportunities for students to experience five-star service standards at Premier Village Danang Resort, thereby enhancing their professional knowledge and developing practical skills through hands-on, discipline-related activities. The University also expressed its desire for both parties to continue strengthening their partnership, leveraging their respective strengths to jointly develop and train high-quality human resources for the tourism industry.
Speaking on behalf of Premier Village Danang Resort, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc An highly appreciated the knowledge, professional skills, and working attitudes of Faculty of Tourism students who are currently working and undertaking internships at the Resort. She also shared the Resort’s commitments to training and developing high-quality human resources for the tourism and hospitality industry and expressed confidence in a sustainable and long-term cooperation between the two parties.
According to the signed agreement, the cooperation aims to establish a strategic partnership in practical training and high-quality human resource development. Specifically, the collaboration will support the development of students’ practical working skills and enable them to effectively apply their academic knowledge in a professional working environment provided through the cooperation program.
At the conclusion of the signing ceremony, both parties agreed on future cooperation orientations and expressed their expectation that more opportunities will be created for students to undertake internships and pursue employment in a high-quality working environment at Premier Village Danang Resort.
