WORKSHOP “FROM PRACTICE TO INSIGHT: LEADING WITH A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE” | Understanding Management Practices, Ready for the Global Environment
On the evening of December 17, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Economics – The University of Danang, successfully organized the workshop “From Practice to Insight: Leading with a global perspective” with the participation of faculty members, industry speakers, and students from the partially English-taught joining Management course.

The workshop was conducted entirely in English, including keynote sharing, student questions, and open discussions. This activity represents a distinctive academic feature of the partial English program, aiming to enhance students’ foreign language proficiency, critical thinking, and professional communication skills in an international management context. The workshop delivered a consistent message that effective management in a global environment requires not only professional knowledge, but also adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to leverage language competence as a competitive advantage.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duong shared about AI Development in Recruitment
At the workshop, the speakers offered diverse perspectives on personal development in today's professional environment. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duong – Founder & CEO of UCTalent emphasized the importance of developing one’s personal value formula, in which attitude serves as a multiplier. His lesson “Say yes, if…” highlighted a professional leadership mindset, where agreement is conditional, responsible, and aligned with both organizational and personal values.
In addition, Ms. Ho Thi Minh Thi – Marketing Director at EM&AI shared insights on mindset shifts in response to change. She also underlined that communication is a form of “career currency” in corporate and international environments, enabling individuals to effectively lead relationships, decisions, and their own professional development.

The Open Q&A and Discussion Session was highly interactive, with students actively engaging in English. The speakers highly appreciated the quality of the questions, noting that they were thoughtful, practice-oriented, and reflective of strong managerial thinking.
