- The Receipts of Registration Fee will be issued and provided to the participants on the conference day.

- Bank Transfer charges must be covered by participants. Therefore, the foreign participant has to add US$ 5-10 for the international transaction cost.

- MICA has no refund policy in case the participants are unable to attend the Conference.
