University of Economics - The University of Danang (UEUD, Vietnam), Institute of Global Finance (IGF) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW, Australia), and Aston University (AU, UK), in collaboration with Yokohama National University (YNU, Japan) and ACCA-Vietnam, are organizing a two-day International Conference on Accounting and Finance (ICOAF-2017), to be held in Da Nang City, Vietnam, on June 15-16, 2017.
As a result of UEUD’s close collaboration with international partners, the ICOAF-2017 brings together the world-leading experts in accounting, finance, and finance-related fields, serving as a unique point of convergence in South East Asia for researchers, practitioners and policymakers to meet, share, and exchange their ideas. Professor Avanidhar (Subra) Subrahmanyam, Distinguished Professor of Finance, Goldyne and Irwin Hearsh Chair in Money and Banking at the University of California Los Angeles – Anderson School of Management.
Other confirmed speakers: Professor Duc Khuong Nguyen, Professor of Finance and Deputy Director for Research at the IPAG Business School (France); and Professor Zhaoyang Gu, Director of the School of Accountancy at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong).

All submissions must be in Word or PDF format, and be sent electronically at the website of the conference (http://icoaf.due.edu.vn). Submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed. The conference scientific program will be available by June 1st, 2017.
Special Sessions
In order to enhance the exchange of ideas between academics, practitioners, and policymakers, the conference will include special panel discussions on Vietnam and emerging markets. Speakers are established experts in the field, with diverse backgrounds in academia, industry, and policy. Furthermore, to promote the study of Vietnam financial markets in general, conference organizers extend special invitation to researchers who conduct research on Vietnam and emerging markets. Tentatively, one to three sessions will be devoted entirely for papers in these areas.

Registration fee includes the abstract book, the conference proceeding CD, and other conference materials. It also includes welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, and a gala dinner during the conference. Accommodation is not included.
