With the goal of strengthening scientific research collaboration, building connections, and enhancing the research capabilities of young researchers (not over 45 years old as of 2025) both regionally and internationally, The University of Danang - University of Economics, National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, Thuongmai University, Banking Academy of Viet Nam, Academy of Finance, VNU University of Economics & Business, University of Economics - Hue University, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, University of Economics and Law – Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City jointly organize The 11^th International Conference For Young Researchers In Economics And Business (ICYREB 2025).

CONFERENCE THEMES

With the theme “Contemporary Issues in Economics, Management, and Business in the Connected Age", the conference focuses on discussing fundamental issues related to identifying contemporary economic challenges, fostering innovation, and enhancing business and corporate management capabilities in the digital era, including:

• Identifying and analyzing the new business environment shaped by digital technology advancements, the development of the circular economy, and green and sustainable economy
• Assessing the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) on Vietnamese enterprises
• Developing business vision and strategy in the evolving business landscape and the digital era
• Transforming business models to adapt to the digital economy ecosystem
• Innovating business models within the circular economy, green economy, and sustainable economy
• Cultivating business culture, corporate culture, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) for Vietnamese enterprises in the digital era
• Digital transformation in key business functions, including production, finance, human resources, marketing, supply chain, and logistics within Vietnamese enterprises
  
• Exploring solutions and recommendations to enhance leadership and management capabilities in various functional areas - production, finance, human resources, marketing, supply chain, and logistics - within Vietnamese enterprises, particularly in the digital economy, and the growing emphasis on environmental sustainability
• Cyber - security risk management in the digital era
• Research and discussions on open innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystems within the digital economy, circular economy, and green economy
• Opportunities and challenges for human resource management in the context of digital transformation and green human resource management
• The impact of globalization, global crises, and digital transformation on individual behavior within organizations, including motivation, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, engagement, diversity management, conflict resolution, and internal communication

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES

All papers accepted and presented at ICYREB 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings with an associated ISBN.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Papers can be presented in English (see the attached template and appendix for formatting guidelines)

• Full papers should be submitted via email to icyreb2025@due.edu.vn by no later than 15^th July 2025

• Accepted papers will be presented in thematic sessions of the conference and included in the ICYREB 2025 Proceedings with an ISBN (full-text or abstract).

Registration fee includes the abstract book and other conference materials, coffee breaks & lunch during the conference. Accommodation is not included.
