On the morning of November 26, 2023, the award ceremony for the Eureka 2023 Student Scientific Research Awards took place at the Tran Chi Dao Hall, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. The final round of Eureka this year saw competition from 178 projects submitted by 81 universities, colleges, and academies in 14 scientific fields. Student Dao Thi Bao Vi, guided by Dr. Huynh Thi My Hanh, excellently secured the third prize with her research project titled "Studying Factors Influencing Students' Employability - Applying the CareerEDGE Model." Through this project, the research aimed to answer the question: "What factors should be focused on to enhance employability in the current unstable job market?"

In the context of an unstable economy, the transition from the academic environment to the workplace is already challenging, and it becomes even more difficult for recent graduates. To enhance the employability of the workforce, especially students, they need to understand what is crucial to ensure they will find employment in an unstable work environment, enabling them to adapt and advance in their careers.
