Quality Assurance is embedded in the structure of the University of Economics (UE) - University of Danang (UD) to ensure the quality of education at all levels. The University Councils at UD and UE include the Education Quality Assurance Councils, which consult the Board of President/Board of Rector on long-term quality assurance strategy. At the University of Economics, the Quality Management Department is the main unit responsible for quality assurance. The department works closely with other faculties and departments to conduct quality assurance activities. Each faculty and department also has its own quality assurance team who support the Quality Management Department.

II. THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

The Quality Management Department is responsible for advising the Board of Rector and the Quality Assurance Council on the strategy, planning and organization of the university's quality assurance and testing activities.

• To act as the focal point in researching and implementing solutions to ensure the quality of education at the university
• Develop short-, medium- and long-term plans for quality assurance.
• Develop quality assurance rules and guidelines.
• Advise the Board of Rectors on the implementation of assurance policies.
• Develop the stakeholder feedback system,
• Guide and support the departments and faculties to carry out the self-assessment and quality assurance activities at the units.
• Organizing seminars, training courses on quality assurance.
• Offer quality improvement solutions based on self-assessment and external evaluation.
• Develop and disseminate quality culture as well as the effectiveness of quality assurance activities to individuals and organizations within and outside the university to raise awareness about quality assurance.

III. QUALITY ASSURANCE PERSONNEL

The President of the University Council, Professor Lê Văn Huy, heads the Education Quality Assurance Council. Members of the Council also include Vice Rectors and Heads of Faculties and Departments. The Quality Management Department has 2 Vice Heads and 6 specialists.
