The conference focused on studying and disseminating six key thematic areas, including:

Topic 1: The resolution on strengthening Party building and rectification, and building a clean, strong and comprehensive political system to meet the country’s development requirements in the new era.

Topic 2: The resolution on renewing the Party’s leadership and governing methods in relation to the political system in the new period.

Topic 3: The resolution on building a contingent of officials at all levels, particularly at the strategic level, with the integrity, competence and credibility required to meet the demands of their responsibilities.

Topic 4: Regulations governing Party members’ participation in investment and business activities.

Topic 5: Conclusions on the National Strategy for attracting, valuing and developing talent in key sectors and fields to support the country’s rapid and sustainable development.

Topic 6: A report assessing socio-economic development and state budget implementation in 2026, alongside proposed socio-economic development plans and state budget estimates for 2027.

The conference aimed to foster a shared understanding and unified action across the Party, enabling officials and Party members to grasp the core content, new provisions and key priorities of the resolutions, regulations and conclusions. This is expected to strengthen their responsibility in leadership, direction and implementation, ensuring that the Central Committee’s policies are translated into practical and effective programmes and action plans.

Through the conference, DUE’s Party organisation will continue to strengthen political awareness, a sense of responsibility and its commitment to implementing the Party’s policies and resolutions. Building on the issues discussed, the university’s Party Committee will translate these directives into specific work programmes and plans aligned with the university’s missions in education, scientific research, innovation and institutional development, contributing to the effective achievement of its goals and priorities in the new period.
