According to the plan, the University will accompany localities in developing projects for green and digital economy development to 2030, with a vision to 2040; at the same time, support tourism and culinary promotion through the creation of fanpages, TikTok channels, infographics, and short videos on green tourism handbooks.

One of the program’s priorities is to enhance digital capabilities for local officials and residents. The University will organize training classes on digital administration, standardizing electronic documents, applying artificial intelligence in work processes; implement campaigns to support citizens in using online public services, and provide basic digital skills training in local areas.

At the same time, various activities supporting businesses and households will also be implemented, such as building brand identity packages, developing local storytelling for products, supporting fanpage management, online sales, and enhancing e-commerce capabilities for OCOP entities.

Faculty members contribute ideas for building green and digital economy projects for the localities.

In the field of entrepreneurship, the University will organize a workshop on “Green Startup Ideas” for local youth; as well as offer consulting on human resources, finance, production, and sales for startups in each area.

Notably, the plan also expands practical opportunities for students by coordinating internships at local People’s Committees, businesses, and household enterprises according to course and graduation internship requirements.
