CAREER ORIENTATION TALK - STRIVING, ADAPTING, AND BREAKING THROUGH IN THE TOURISM AND SERVICE INDUSTRY

On the morning of April 19, 2026, the Faculty of Tourism, University of Economics – The University of Danang, successfully organized a career orientation talk for Cohort 51K students. The event offered practical insights into the tourism and service industry, a dynamic field that demands flexibility, resilience, and continuous innovation.
Under the theme “Striving, Adapting, and Breaking Through,” Ms. Nguyễn Thị Quyên, Domestic Sales Director at DimoTrip Co., Ltd., shared her personal career journey, from her university years and early professional experiences to her current managerial position. Beyond her achievements, she candidly discussed the challenges, setbacks, and turning points that shaped her career. Her insights helped students better understand the skills and professional attitudes required at different career stages, the essential preparation needed while at university, and practical advice for entering the workforce.
