For half a century, the University of Economics has been more than just a cradle of knowledge; it has been the birthplace of cherished memories, paving the way for the growth and success of hundreds of thousands of students and alumni.
On the occasion of the university’s 50th anniversary, alumni returning to visit their alma mater and reconnect with their teachers bring with them deep emotions and pride. These homecomings are like a vivid stream of memories, linking the past with the present. Each shared story is a precious piece, weaving together an emotional tapestry of DUE’s rich legacy.
We spoke with Ms. Le Thi Cam Trinh, an alumna of the 33K cohort (2007-2011) from the International Business Management program, now a Business Director.
“Returning to DUE for its 50th anniversary is a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the journey of growth-not just my own but that of an entire generation of students who studied and honed their skills here", Ms. Trinh shared.
“DUE was where I first tested my leadership skills as a student, organized events, and built community connections-foundational experiences that gave me the confidence to embark on my entrepreneurial journey. As a manager and founder, I aspire to contribute to fostering a spirit of innovation among students, helping the younger generation turn ideas into action. DUE has a vibrant, potential-filled community, and I firmly believe that with the right guidance and support, many startups will emerge from this institution, creating tangible value for society”.
