⚡ The letter is sent from the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Economics - University of Da Nang.
⚡ The program is initiated by the Executive Committee of the Da Nang University Youth Union, targeting all youth union members and students of Da Nang University.

I am sending you an Appeal Letter for supporting flood-affected people in the Central region from the Da Nang University Youth Union (attached file).
According to the Appeal Letter, each union member and student is requested to support at least 01 blank notebook or convert it into money (the agreed conversion rate is 1 notebook = 5,000 VND).
The affiliated union branches will collect the donated notebooks (either as physical items or converted into money) and send them to the Youth Union Office before October 25, 2016.
The Executive Committee of the University Youth Union requests all units to promptly distribute the appeal to the affiliated union branches."
