The operation of multi-functional building of The University of Economics – Da Nang University

In the morning of April 23, 2019, Danang University cooperated with Bach Dang Construction Corporation - JSC to solemnly hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the multi-purpose house of the University of Economics. Attending the ceremony were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Ngo Van Duong - Deputy Director of Danang University, Prof.Dr. Tran Van Nam - Former Director of Da Nang University, representative of the Planning and Finance Department and the Department of Facilities of Danang University. On the side of the University of Economics, there was the presence of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Manh Toan - Principal; Assoc. Tran Dinh Khoi Nguyen - Vice Rector, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Anh - Vice Rector and leaders of Departments, Faculties and Centers directly under the University. The ceremony was also attended by representatives of the Management Board of Da Nang civil and industrial construction investment projects: Mr. Nguyen Huu Hinh; on the construction contractor, there are Mr. Nguyen Van An - General Director of Bach Dang Construction Corporation - JSC; Mr. Tran Van Nam - Director of Tinh Da Construction and Trading Company Limited.

Opening ceremony of the groundbreaking ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Van Duong joyfully said that the multi-purpose building of the University of Economics is a testament to the policy of strengthening synchronous and modern facilities, serving professional work and promoting scientific research knowledge transfer of the University of Danang. The project has invested in building a new 9-storey main block with a construction area of ​​797 m2, a total floor of 6.490m2 with a synchronous system including: electric system, water supply and drainage, fire protection and control system Ventilation, elevator ... and other ancillary works. Representatives of the University of Danang also asked the University of Economics to closely coordinate with the construction unit, supervising to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, achieving the committed quality and at the same time paying attention to work to ensure labor safety and environmental sanitation during construction.

The commencement of the multi-functional building will contribute to expanding the work space, cooperation in research, meetings for units, school officials and employees, thereby expanding the utility space for service, learning activities and activities of students.
