Admissions consulting at Quang Ngai province: Many students want to be directly recruited

On March 17, Da Nang University's consultant team arrived at Quang Ngai City (Quang Ngai Province) to provide the latest enrollment information as well as future orientation for more than 1000 students of high schools of Le Khiet high school, Le Trung Dinh high school and Tran Quoc Tuan high school. During the event, students also had chances to exchange cultures, arts performances and get to know about the school through talk shows with other students. The consultation on school admission has inspired many students to be well-prepared for the upcoming entrance examination.

The festival also welcomed the attendance of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Ngo Van Duong - Deputy Director of Danang University, MSc. Nguyen Bac Nam - Deputy Head of Training Department - Danang University and teachers from Danang University.

Among questions relating to the enrollment information of the University of Economics, many students expressed their interest in the requirements to enroll directly into the school. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Dinh Khoi Nguyen - Vice Rector of the University of Economics explained: "This year, the school will consider direct admission to 4 subjects, who are candidates of winning national and international excellent students; Candidates who attended the Road to the top of Olympia program and have a total score of 18 in their entrance examination results; Candidates won the first and second prizes for excellent students at provincial and municipal levels; Candidates with an IELTS or TOEFL certificate of 5.5 or 46 points or more and a total score of over 12 marks in entrance examination (including Math + another subject apart from English ); Parallel to 100 direct recruitment criteria to the formal international training program granted by Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK). Besides, the school also considers the national high school exam scores for all applicants who wish to enroll in school. ”
