Promote partnership with Swinburne University of Technology (Australia)

On March 6, the delegation of Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) included Assoc. Prof. James Andrew Roffe - Vice Dean of Business and Law, PhD. Nguyen Thi Thuy Doan - Academic Director - Faculty of Business and Law discussed the directions of cooperation with the University of Economics – The University of Danang. Dr. Dang Huu Man - Deputy Head of Science & International Cooperation Department welcomed the delegation.

 

PhD. Dang Huu Man welcomed the working group of Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) to visit the University of Economics and said that the university wished to promote cooperation in all fields with Australian representatives. The University of Economics said there should be a seminar to provide information about Swinburne University of Information Technology as well as to offer scholarships from the university for students and lecturers. In addition, the school will also actively work with Swinburne University of Technology to expand cooperation in the exchange and transfer of students, lecturers, and to organize international conferences, workshops to exchange scientific knowledge between two universities.

Swinburne University of Technology representatives were very pleased with the cooperation of DUE, and said that Swinburne University of Technology had a lot of scholarships for international students and would provide information through various forms to DUE students and lecturers. Associate Professor James Andrew Roffe said the school also had a campus in Malaysia, which would be an advantage for Southeast Asian students to choose to save money and travelling time.

 

The the University of Economics – The University of Danang also sent an invitation to join and write articles for the International Conference on Accounting and Finance that the University co-organized in 2019. Assoc.Prof James Andrew Roffe said he would bring information to the scientists studying at the University and wished the upcoming workshop would be a great success.
