Hoi An Nam Group will coordinate training, career support for DUE students

On January 16, representatives of Hoi An Nam paid a visit and worked with the University of Economics – The University of Danang to discuss cooperation issues. Welcoming the delegates, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Dao Huu Hoa - Vice Rector of University of Economics, representatives of Training Department, Student Affairs Department, Department of Science & International Cooperation, Student Association, Leaders and teachers, Tourism Faculty - University of Economics.
At the beginning of the meeting, the representative of Hoi An Nam Group introduced the HOIANA project and the opportunity to cooperate with the University from the project worth nearly 4 billion USD. HOIANA - Nam Hoi An is the second largest resort, casino and golf complex project in Vietnam with a total investment of up to 4 billion USD. Covering an area of 985.6 hectares, this project is considered the leading urban and tourist complex in Vietnam in Quang Nam province. Going into operation, the project will need about 3000 people, including a large number of qualified workers, and representatives of Hoi An Nam Group hope that the University of Economics will be a source of quality manpower for the HOIANA project in the long term.
Assoc.Prof.Dr Dao Huu Hoa expressed his pleasure to welcome the working group of Hoi An Nam Group who paid attention and raised the issue of cooperation with the University of Economics – The University of Danang. The view of the school is always ready to welcome and create conditions for the business community to visit and discuss cooperation issues. Regarding the proposal from the Hoi An Nam Group, the representative of the school welcomed and said that it would introduce the job source from the company to the students and at the same time proposed the Hoi An Nam Group to train the school. skills in hotel management, tourism & travel service management for students. In addition, the University expects the HOIANA project to be the place to receive internship of the University, fostering professional skills as well as orienting the long-term working environment in the future.
The two sides discussed in detail the participation in training projects, recruiting, receiving trainees, the University of Economics University also invited An Nam Group to attend the Career Day organized by the school to facilitate access to students. The meeting was successful and the two sides hope to come to a formal cooperation agreement in the future.
