HEIGHTEN FRESHMEN’S AWARENESS OF SECURITY AND SAFETY IN THE UNIVERSITY

As content of the "Civil-Student Week", the University of Economics has coordinated with Ngu Hanh Son district’s polices to grasp thoroughly and disseminate security, education and traffic for freshmen of the university in 2018.

At the session, freshmen can learn about the law, including Law on Defense Education, Law on Military Service; and know more knowledge about the protection of sovereignty for islands, national borders, human rights, civil rights under the Constitution 2013, etc. The polices also propagate the content of security and safety school and build a safe, healthy, friendly and anti-violence school environment and warned students about crime prevention, social evils, HIV / AIDS, drug and prostitution prevention, online games with violent and unhealthy content. The class is equipped with skills, knowledge for freshmen in order to help them to behave, improve their self-resistance against bad and harmful information, impact negatively the network environment, engage in the operation, affect the situation of security and order.

In the face of traffic problems, especially in the vicinity of the University of Economics has more traffic accidents, students are reminded about the implementation of road traffic rules, wear high standard helmets and observe the regulation, especially don’t drive if you drink alcohol, beer and perform cultural behaviors when participating in traffic.

Through the session, the students became more fully aware of the opinion about people's security, enhanced the ability to protect themselves especially nowadays the current situation of security is complicated.
