Career Opportunities in Economics in the Technology Era

On the morning of November 8th, the University of Economics - UDN collaborated with Techzen Co., Ltd. to organize a workshop titled “Career Opportunities in Economics in the Technology Era.” The workshop served as a bridge to provide DUE students with deeper insights into the fascinating intersection between economics and technology, as well as to explore promising career opportunities and essential skills for success in the digital age.

Drawing from his extensive experience in the technology sector, Mr. Le Duy Linh, CEO of Techzen Co., Ltd., shared valuable insights with over 100 DUE students on exciting career prospects for economics students with his talk on the topic: “Revealing potential positions for economics graduates in technology companies.”

Following that, students delved deeper into the practical applications of technology. How can technology revolutionize the field of economics? The answer was unveiled through a presentation by Mr. Lu Van Nhut from Techzen Co., Ltd. on the topic: “Exploring the World of Technology and Its Applications in Economics,” providing students with entirely new perspectives.

Lastly, there was an inspiring story of a student majoring in Informatics Statistics at the University of Economics - UDN. Nguyen Van Hoang Vuong had an impressive journey of transformation to become a skilled programmer. At this workshop, Hoang Vuong shared his invaluable experiences, helping fellow students better understand how to combine economics knowledge and programming skills to create new value through his presentation titled: “From Economics to Programming.” His story about choosing a major and career path was highly informative and inspiring for DUE students.

After the interaction with the speakers, Mr. Takahashi Kazushi, Director of Adsol Assia - Deputy Director of Techzen Co., Ltd., further shared with students about Techzen and how the application of technology in the field of economics not only helps students seize opportunities but also creates a distinctive advantage right from their time in the classroom.

During the program, students also participated in exciting mini-games specifically designed for DUE students, where they tested their knowledge with fun quizzes, gaining insights into technology and economics while receiving attractive prizes.
