In celebration of the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2024), on the afternoon of October 16, the Trade Union of the University of Economics organized a meaningful beauty workshop for all female union members. The event attracted a large number of participants, including Dr. Huynh Thi Hong Hanh, Vice Rector and Chair of the University’s Trade Union, and makeup expert Thinh Nguyen.
Aiming to help women feel more confident in their appearance, the workshop offered valuable beauty knowledge and skills. Following the skincare steps, Thinh Nguyen guided participants through basic and advanced makeup techniques, empowering them to confidently apply makeup at home. From choosing suitable cosmetics to mastering fundamental makeup steps and tips for office-appropriate makeup, Thinh Nguyen also demonstrated techniques in person, allowing attendees to observe and practice each step.

To enhance engagement and foster a fun atmosphere, the workshop included a team-building office makeup challenge. Attendees formed small groups to practice makeup on one another. This hands-on opportunity allowed the participants to apply what they had learned under the expert’s guidance, boosting their confidence in self-care and daily beauty routines. Additionally, attendees received thoughtful gifts from Thinh Nguyen.
