SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES OF YOUHT UNION OF THE FACULTY OF MARKETING-  THE MOMENT TO LOOK BACK

The Youth Union is the core force of any movements of Student in Faculty of Marketing. At the end of the year, let’s review some memorable events that Marketing students experienced wholeheartedly under the leadership of Youth Union at that time 

1.    HoChiMinh Communist Youth Union of the Faculty of Marketing Congress in 2017 – 2019 Term: 

This congress took place at the beginning of the 2016-2017 academic year with the participation of all the core members from the K12 Youth Union, during this congress, We selected the best members from 40K, 41K, 42K courses by voting publicly to operate as well as develop activities with the aim to create useful playgrounds for students studying at the Faculty of Marketing. 

 

2.   MARKETING REMIX -  42K FRESHMEN WELCOME       

Inspired by The Remix TV Show with explosive dance and timbre, the "senior Mar member" hold a night of extremely successful concert to welcome 42K-ers to join the Marketing boat. Besides the performances, 42K freshmens were able to attend a series of useful Team Building activities.

 

3.   English Workshop ‘Speak out loud’

The "SPEAK OUT LOUD" English workshop was organized by Youth Union of the Faculty of Marketing and Apollo English to share the most effective English learning ways for students in the Faculty of Marketing in particular and students studying at University of Economics, Da Nang university in general.

 

4.   PROM THE HAUNTED NIGHT

43K Freshmen welcome which was organized in the style of a prom night with music, food and dance impressed the 43K. With a significant investment from stage to content, "The Haunted Night" took place successfully.

 

5.   The recruitment of board team of Youth Union, Faculty of Marketing in 2017 – 2018 Term

This is an annual activity to add promptly promising members to its human resources. In particular, in 2017 – 2018 the academic year, The Youth Union, Faculty of Marketing organized 4 rounds of selection to find the most suitable members for the current organization.

 

6.   WINTER VOLUNTEER “LIVING LIKE FLOWERS”

The volunteer activity "Living like flowers" took place in early 2016 demonstrating the spirit of volunteerism of Marketing students. Understanding the feelings of lonely old people, handicapped children who want to have a warm and meaningful Tet holiday, Youth Union of the Faculty of Marketing developed a plan to decorate houses, clean and hang the banner to welcome the Year of the Monkey, a performance night to welcome the spring and send the best wishes of life to the old. 

 

7.    WINTER VOLUNTEER “MOMENT SHARING”

Understanding the deficiencies and difficulties of people in Hiep Hoa commune, Hiep Duc district, Quang Nam province, Youth Union of the Faculty of Marketing organized fundraising activities to contribute voluntary projects there. Building 1km of street lights and giving practical gifts were activities that they supported to help the people there for a hopeful 2017.

 

8.   Leader of the Students Competition

The Youth Union’s Association, Faculty of Marketing participated in this contest with full force with the aim of reaching the highest achievement as possible. During attendance day, all members were involved in many useful activities about essential skills that a union official should have. At the end of the competition, Team Media won the 3rd prize in the competition for communication.

 

9.   MARKETING FOOTBALL CUP FIRST TIME

The first marketing football cup tournament with the name "Mar League" was organized by Youth Union of the Faculty of Marketing, which took place successfully at the artificial grass field of the University of Economics - Danang University. This is an opportunity for members to show their abilities and also an opportunity for Marketers to exchange and learn together. The men's and women's teams from 41K12.3 team are the owners of the two highest positions of "Mar League I".

 

10.   KING & QUEEN 2017

Within the framework of Prom "The Haunted Night", the King and Queen part is the most anticipated part because from now on they would be two representatives for Faculty of Marketing in the 2017-2018 academic year . All of couples from class invested very carefully in the competition sections. The couple Hoang Minh - Thanh Tuyen from the class 41K12.2 won convincingly by their talents and beauty.
