External Seminar "Public Finance Principles with Application to Vietnam" - Paul Hare

The University of Danang - University of Economics hosts a seminar on "Public Finance Principles with Application to Vietnam" presented by Professor Paul Hare (Heriot-Watt University) on May 3rd 2019. Professor Paul got his bachelor's degree from Cambridge University, then completed his doctoral thesis at Oxford University. He has been Professor of Economics at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, since 1985 and has mostly worked on Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union since the early 1970s.
The seminar presentation received the attention and participation of University's lecturers, especially from the Faculty of Banking and the Faculty of Finance.
