 CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Efficient & high quality implementation of after sales and Customer care at the centre            
2. Know and be able to report on all aspects of the responsible areas related to after sales and customer service efficient and high quality operations
3. Communicate well with other CSOs, ECs and staff from other departments in the centre including Academic Manager/Academic Coordinator/Centre Senior Teacher, teachers, EFL admin staff, tealadies, security guards and etc.
4. Continuous Improvement
5. Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to Apollo’s Centre Operations in line with the strategic goals of their centre(s) and the organization
6. Centre Support
7. Supporting the overall operation of your centre
8. Other duties
9. Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager or the Dotted Line Manager if required.
