The Trade union of The University of Economics held a ceremony to celebrate International women’s day

On the 109th anniversary of the International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2019), on the afternoon of March 7, the Trade Union of the University of Economics held a ceremony to celebrate International Women’s day and help a "Together with Joy" contest for all university’s members. The Celebration and Competition also has the attendance of Dr. Nguyen Duc Hung - President of Danang University Trade Union, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Dao Huu Hoa - Vice Rector of University of Economics and Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Thu - President of Trade Union of University of Economics.

At the celebration, Assoc. Dao Huu Hoa - Vice Rector of the University of Economics praised the role and great qualities of Vietnamese women in the past and present, and sent greetings to all female lecturers of The university of Economics wishing them to be always full of health, radiance, youthfulness and enthusiasm. The representative of Danang University Trade Union - Dr. Nguyen Duc Hung also sent greetings to the female members of the University of Economics on this meaningful holiday.
On behalf of Danang University Trade Union - Dr. Nguyen Duc Hung sent greetings and representatives of the School Board gave the fresh flowers to the Union members.
The preparation of the " Together with Joy " contest
In addition, the contest named "Together with joy" showed the ingenuity and sophistication, and promoted the solidarity and coordination of union members. With careful preparation, menus, preparation of utensils, tools, selection of fresh and delicious food, preliminary processing, processing of clean dishes, ensuring food safety and hygiene with nutrition, the union groups have processed delicious and attractive dishes. Many attractive dishes which were cleverly presented made it difficult for the jury to evaluate and choose the winning team.

As a final result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Union of Department of Legal Services and Inspectorate, the second and third prizes were awarded to the Union of Organization - Administration Department and Quality Assurance & Information Technology respectively. In addition, 17 consolation prizes were also given to the remaining trade unions to encourage the spirit of the union members at the Competition

The First, Second and Third prizes were belonged to the Union of Facilities and Legal Inspectorate, the Union of Organization - Administration Departmentand the Union of Quality Assurance & Information Technology
Union members also enjoyed the buffet from the attractive dishes presented in the contest. In addition, the exchange and sharing of the songs bring laughter, joy and spirit of excitement to all participabts after a hard working time.
