Discussion about collaboration program 2+2 with College of Management – University of Asia (Taiwan)


On the afternoon of 27/9, Dr. Dang Huu Man – Deputy of Scientific Research and International Cooperation – University of Economics had a meeting with Prof. Jenho Peter Ou – Vice-rector of College of Management – University of Asia (Taiwan) to discuss opportunity of cooperation between the two sides.


At the meeting, the presentative of Taiwan partner suggested joint program 2+2 with University of Economics. This program was already implemented by College of Management in cooperation with National Economics University and received many positive signals. College of Management also proposed some suitable studies for a joint program such as Finance, Banking, and Accounting. With a reasonable tuition fee and living expenses for Vietnam students, Prof. Jenho hoped that College of Management – University of Asia would be a potential destination for lecturers and students of University of Economics – The University of Danang.

Presentative of DUE also agreed with the proposal from Prof. Jenho and expressed that DUE also had joint programs with more than 50 universities all over the world so this would be an advantage when implementing the collaboration program between the two Universities. Dr. Dang Huu Man said that DUE would support College of Management to conduct a seminar to introduce about studying in Taiwan and related scholarships. Moreover, he also invited College of Management to take part in the International Education Fair held by University of Economics so that the partners would have a chance to meet students and provide them with information about studying abroad. Also, DUE also suggested joint program 3+1, post-graduate programs, scientific research, lecturers and students exchange with College of Management – University of Asia.

With consensus on cooperation guidelines, representatives of the two Universities hope to reach a signed cooperation agreement shortly. College of Management – University of Asia always welcome lecturers and students of DUE to come over for studying and enhancing skills, contributing to the relationship between two sides.
