Candidates showed great interest in the 2018 enrolment information of the University of Economics - University of Da Nang
Since early morning, the consulting kios of the University of Economics - University of Danang (DUE) have welcomed many students who aspire to become a DUE-er. During quick conversations, the students shared their desire to study in Da Nang - the most worth-living city in Vietnam for many reasons. In addition to having majors that they are interested in, cuisine, tourism, dynamic and integrative environment of the city are the key factors attracting them to learn more about the university.
In addition, many students also shared their desire to mark a turning point for their youth by living independently in a new area. With many similarities in the lifestyle of people in Central Vietnam and geographical distance close to the Hue capital, Danang seems to be the best choice for these students.
In the intensive consulting sessions for universities which offer majors including Economics, Finance, Banking, Tourism ..., the university also received many questions from grade-12 students in Hue. There are questions about the training environment of the University of Economics and the opportunity to study abroad. Answering those queries, Prof. Dr. Vo Thi Thuy Anh - Vice Rector of the University said that in addition to studying with modern facilities (soundproofing, air conditioning ...), students will be taught foreign languages intensively to be confident on the way of international integration. Many courses are taught in Vietnamese or English and students will be the ones who choose the language depending on their abilities. Also, students are offered opportunities to interact with enterprises through talks and workshops. Especially, some specific majors will involve 50% training from the business.

As for opportunities to study abroad, the University of Economics has many international projects. Students can participate in exchange programs with partners through scholarship programs. Currently, 14 major international universities have recognized UED’s credits, which facilitates students’ application to study abroad. Other questions related to the benchmark of the year and how to choose majors were also answered at the consulting sessions. It is hoped that the information was enough for Hue's students to make confident decisions.
