The presentation of the top three keynote speakers is one of the highlights of ICYREB 2017, attracting the attention of many scientists participating in the workshop .With the following subjects: “Financial Development, Government Bond Returns, and Stability: International Evidence”, Prof. Nguyen Duc Khuong (Deputy Director ofIPAG Business School) brings a new perspective on the relationship between the development of companies and the government bond market. Research shows that between developed and developing countries, the degree of financial impact differs in different markets. The subject is a reference for governments to settle informed policy planning, enabling economic actors in the economy to participate effectively in the capital markets. The research of Prof.Sushil Sharma (Professor of Information Systems, Ball State University) shows the direction of applying new technology for universities as well as organizations and businesses. The research suggests ways in overcoming the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Describing the importance of private enterprises in the economy, Prof. Eric. Ramstetter (Chief Editor of Asian Economic Journal) focuses on the spread of products from multinational companies, foreign corporations and trade protection in Vietnam.
