On the morning of September 19, the final round of the contest "The Y Factor 2021 - Marketing Version" was organized by the 19 Train project, under the World Federation of Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs in Da Nang in collaboration with the Danang Student Association. The event took place online via Zoom.
The contest "The Y Factor 2021 - Marketing Version" kicked off on July 4, 2021, attracted more than 200 applications from students who are passionate about Marketing. The organizers selected 125 students from different schools in Da Nang city who participated in the training round. After the first training module, 25 unique Marketing communication ideas were proposed for businesses. During 2 months since the opening of the competition, "The Y Factor 2021" has attracted a lot of attention from students studying or passionate about Marketing. More than 254,700 people have reached the Fanpage and nearly 95,100 interactions in posts.

After more than 2 months of the contest, overcoming many Marketing communication ideas of students of universities and colleges is a great collaboration of Marketers girls (HOSHI Competition Team) from the Vietnam - Korea Information and Communication Technology (VKU) and the University of Economics (DUE), University of Danang. After many challenges, difficulties and many surprises at the last race on the morning of September 19, 2021, the HOSHI team with the excellent 20/10 Spa Shoe Communication Campaign won the Championship of the contest “The Y Factor 2021 – Marketing Version”
“The Y Factor 2021 - Marketing Version” is a place to help students who are studying and passionate about Marketing develop their thinking early, equipping them with knowledge and skills through 11 training modules across 4 competition stations. You have the opportunity to connect with businesses, approach and solve real-life communication problems, undergo training and dedicated guidance from trainers and mentors. From there, the students are further supported on the way to orient, develop and create quality human resources for the field of Marketing.
