At the 38th Anniversary Ceremony of Vietnamese Teachers' Day 20/11 and commend the school year 2019-2020, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Manh Toan - Rector of the University of Economics and the Training Department was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal.
