Location: Thai Nguyen

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handle customs for export/import, export/import and certificate of Original Register Production Norm and control registered product codes
- Perform customs declaration and work with customs inspection
- Ensure the accuracy of Customs clearance papers and on-time delivery schedule
- Follow the Customs clearance process strictly
- Ensure on-time submission of customs clearance paper to authority
- Follow up import tax payment to avoid overdue and penalty 
- Coordinate with OH/forwarder to arrange smooth delivery to the customer.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a business field such as Import – Export, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade…
- Having at least 02 years in customs clearance field 
- Well-understood about the customs regulation, special rule/policy for EPE, Manufacturing and processing type
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point, Internet, email)
- Hard-working, honest, high sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Willing to work overtime, weekend, month-end (holiday)
