Announcement of exemption from school and recognition of scores for english modules

The process of examining exemption from school and recognition of scores for English modules in the training program is conducted in the following order:

Step 1: Students who request exemption and recognition of scores for English language courses in accordance with this regulation should prepare a dossier and submit it to the Academic Affairs within the first four (04) weeks of each main semester, according to announcement of the University. Profile include:

+ Application for exemptions and recognition of scores for English modules (according to a sample form);

+ A valid copy of the International English Certificate, valid for 2 years (up to the time of applying for admission consideration and recognition of grades).

For repeating or improving courses, students must re-register, improve study before submitting an application for exemption and recognition of points for conversion of English modules in undergraduate programs.

Step 2: The Academic Affairs receives the student's request, based on the current regulations, advises and submits to the Rector of the University of Economics for a decision to approve the exemption and recognize the scores of the language courses for students who get international English certificates. Exemption decision and recognition of English modules in regular undergraduate programs for students with international English certificates transferred to students and relevant units.

Step 3: After the Inspection and Legal Affairs has updated the scores of English modules in the student's transcript, students will check their transcripts to ensure the results of the review updated exactly.
