NOTICE FROM THE TRAINING DEPARTMENT REGARDING "REGISTRATION PLAN FOR GRADUATION INTERNSHIP PHASE 2, ACADEMIC YEAR 2022 - 2023

According to the regulations on registration for graduation internship in the regular program, the Training Department announces the registration plan for graduation internship phase 2 of the academic year 2022 - 2023 as follows:

STEP 1. REGISTRATION FOR GRADUATION INTERNSHIP

From 2:00 PM on November 16 to 2:00 PM on November 19, 2022: Students log in to their personal accounts to register for the graduation internship online under the "Registration" section on the website http://due.udn.vn.

a) For students enrolled in high-quality programs: All students enrolled in high-quality programs are required to register for a thesis.

* Conditions for registering for a thesis:

+ Have a maximum of 2 courses not yet taken, and these remaining courses are not on the list of prerequisite courses for registering for the graduation internship.

+ Have taken the course on Research Methodology.

b) For students enrolled in regular programs: Students choose to register for a thesis or a report on graduation internship based on the following conditions:

* Conditions for registering for a thesis:

+ Have a maximum of 2 courses not yet taken, and these remaining courses are not on the list of prerequisite courses for registering for the graduation internship.

+ Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of registration.

+ Have taken the course on Research Methodology.

* Conditions for registering for a report on graduation internship:

+ The number of remaining courses not yet taken, which are not on the list of prerequisite courses, is as follows:

STEP 2. CHECK THE RESULT OF SELECTION FOR THESIS

After students register for a thesis, representatives from the Departments (Faculties) log in to the training management system of the University to approve students to do a thesis (the number of students should not exceed 10% of the total number of students in the regular program of the major who registered for the graduation internship at the given time and meet the professional requirements set by the Department (Faculty) (if any)).

From November 24, 2022, to November 25, 2022: Students who have registered for the thesis course must log in to the system to check the result of selection for the thesis. Students who are not selected for the thesis will be transferred to the report on graduation internship.

STEP 3. REGISTER FOR SUPPLEMENTARY COURSES

Students who are not selected for the thesis should log in to the training management system to register for supplementary courses if necessary. The registration for supplementary courses must ensure a maximum total of 16 credits, including the graduation internship course. The registration period for supplementary courses follows the plan for registering for courses in the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023 for regular students of the University.

STEP 4. PARTICIPATE IN THE DISSEMINATION SESSION ON INTERNSHIP PLAN

The Departments will announce the time to organize the dissemination session on the internship plan before January 6, 2023. Students should follow the announcement and participate in this session to understand the regulations and requirements of the Department regarding the implementation of the thesis and the report on graduation internship.

STEP 5. RECEIVE INTRODUCTION LETTER

From December 26, 2022, to January 6, 2023: According to the specific announcement of each Department, students are responsible for contacting the Department to receive the Introduction Letter for the graduation internship.

STEP 6. UPDATE THE NAME OF THE INTERNSHIP UNIT

After contacting the internship unit, students update the name of the internship unit as required by the Department of professional management before January 14, 2023.

STEP 7. ADJUST INTERNSHIP UNIT AND REQUEST CONFIRMATION LETTER

Students who have requests to adjust the internship unit or request a Confirmation Letter from the University regarding assigning students to the internship unit should directly contact the Departments for resolution.

STEP 8. ASSIGNMENT OF SUPERVISORS AND DECISION ON INTERNSHIP

The Department sends the list of assigned supervisors for students to do a thesis and a report on graduation internship to the Training Department before February 17, 2023, for the University's Rectorate to make a decision on assigning supervisors for students' graduation internship.

This plan applies to students registering for an internship in the second major.

Students in regular programs are advised to carefully study the regulations on registering for courses during the graduation internship semester and to register for the graduation internship according to the specified timeframe.
