Protecting consumer rights is a very broad and profound social issue. Performing this task not only aim to protect the consumer, but it also has a strong impact on building a civilized society, affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. In the context of integration, addressing this issue poses a very urgent need for ensuring that joint commitments with other countries in the world are ensured. The subject sums up the basic theoretical issues of consumer rights in line with international standards, combining the experience of protecting the rights of consumers in different countries around the world to build up lessons to apply in reality. The research also analyzes the current situation of the organizational system, legal bases and measures to protect consumers rights in Vietnam.From analyzing portraits of Vietnamese consumers through different periods of time, the topic has pointed out the characteristics that affect the protection of Vietnamese consumers.. Based on the results of this analysis, the project has developed a comprehensive system of perceptions and actions in the protection of consumers' interests, proposing measures to minimize the systematic step infringement of consumer rights under current conditions in Vietnam.
